AIRIA Development was proud to be a sponsor for the Magnolia Independent School District annual employee awards banquet for Magnolia ISD teachers and paraprofessionals on Thursday, May 9, 2024. This Stellar Staff event recognized the outstanding Magnolia ISD Elementary and Secondary Teachers, Rookies and Paraprofessionals of the year.
“Community outreach and support of the local school districts is a tenet to the success of a master-planned development. We’ve made it a focus in our previous developments, ALIANA and ARTAVIA, and we are beginning programs to support the Magnolia ISD local schools that will serve COLTON,” said Lisa Connell, Marketing Director for AIRIA Development Company, the developer of COLTON.
In addition to sponsoring the event, COLTON provided each of the 44 staff with custom Igloo lunch totes.

Located about 45 miles north of downtown Houston, students living in the first phase of COLTON will attend Magnolia ISD, and the community will be designed to include future proposed on-site schools. With the improvements and expansion of SH249, residents of COLTON will have ease of access to employment and education corridors throughout Houston, The Woodlands, Conroe, College Station and beyond.
