Presented annually by the Texas Association of Builders, the 2026 Star Awards celebrate outstanding achievement in homebuilding, development, architecture, and marketing throughout the state. Winners will be announced July 23 during the Sunbelt Builders Show in San Antonio.
COLTON was selected as a finalist in the following categories:
- Best Billboard
- Best Radio Commercial
- Developer – Best Digital Marketing Campaign
- Developer – Best Special Promotion
In addition to the community’s finalist recognitions, builder partner J. Patrick Homes was also named a finalist for its COLTON model home, The Comal II, in the following categories:
- Best Interior Merchandising Over $800K
- Best Product Design ($800K–$975K)
- Specialty Room Under $1M
