From November 21 through December 31, 2025, visitors were invited to experience the magic of the season in COLTON by touring any of our fourteen model homes and registering for a chance to win $10,000. The Unwrap Your Holiday Home promotion combined holiday fun with real opportunity, offering guests a firsthand look at the community’s exclusive curated home designs, limited-time builder incentives, and the lifestyle that makes COLTON feel like home.
Throughout the promotion, guests explored a wide range of Texas-inspired home exteriors, each crafted with distinctive architectural details and exclusive elevations you’ll only find in COLTON. From inviting front porches to bold materials and timeless design elements, these homes showcased what sets our community apart.
In addition to touring homes, visitors learned about seasonal builder savings, including special financing options and move-in incentives designed to make starting the new year in a brand-new home even more rewarding.
