The holiday season officially arrived in COLTON®, and it arrived in style. On Saturday, December 13th, the community hosted its very first resident event, “A Classic COLTON Christmas.” The celebration captured everything we love about the holidays, from laughter and good company, to warm treats, and plenty of Texas charm. The party took place at the festively decorated Drees and J. Patrick model homes in the COLTON model home loop in Todd Mission, creating the perfect festive setting for a day of fun.
Guests were invited to join one another for a bright and lively morning gathering from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, where laughter, music, and Texas holiday cheer set the tone. As visitors stepped inside the model homes, they were greeted with the scent of fresh coffee, a crackle of Christmas tunes, and friendly faces eager to celebrate the season together.
Every guest received a keepsake “My First COLTON Christmas” ornament, a COLTON coffee cup, and a goodie bag filled with sweet holiday surprises. Kids got busy writing letters to Santa and were thrilled to meet him in person for pictures, while parents joined in the fun, soaking up the cheerful atmosphere, mingling with fellow residents and snapping their own festive photos.
Outside, the Texas-sized holiday fun continued with a live longhorn photo op that quickly became a crowd favorite. Guests proudly showed off their boots and stopped by the on-site boot shiner to keep them looking their best. Live music kept the atmosphere lively, while festive treats, family-friendly activities, and a visit from Santa helped make spirits bright.
Inside the Drees and J. Patrick model homes, holiday décor brought a warm, cozy glow to every room. Guests toured the homes, chatted with builders, and got an up-close look at the craftsmanship and community lifestyle that COLTON is quickly becoming known for. Alongside Drees and J. Patrick, COLTON’s other top homebuilders, including Beazer Homes, Coventry Homes, David Weekley Homes, Fedrick Harris Estate Homes, Partners in Building, Perry Homes, Highland Homes, Village Builders, and Westin Homes were part of the celebration, showcasing the strength of COLTON’s growing neighborhood as they gathered with homebuyers to celebrate the season together.
