COLTON Announces Grand Opening of 14 Model Homes

Featuring exclusive Texas-inspired architecture

Grand Opening Festivities on Saturday, June 7th include live music, food, a Made in Texas Market and more

COLTONTM, a 5,700-acre master-planned community in Montgomery County/Todd Mission, TX area, will grand open with a Texas-inspired architectural showcase, introducing 14 fully furnished model homes, exclusively MADE in COLTON exterior styles, including Texas Mesa, Texas Prairie, Texas Craft, Spanish and Mid-Century Modern.

Free and open to the public, the grand opening takes place Saturday, June 7th from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in COLTON, located at Texas 249 (Aggie Expressway) and FM 1486.

Festivities will include live Texas music, family-friendly entertainment, and regional “Tastes of Texas” food stations – plus visitors can also enter for a chance to win a $14,000 sweepstakes. Local food trucks will feature Texas cuisine available for purchase, and the “Made in Texas” market will feature handcrafted goods curated from Texas artisans, also available for purchase.

Priced from the $300,000s to $800,000s, COLTON will exhibit 11 of Texas’ finest homebuilders, including Beazer Homes, Coventry Homes, David Weekley Homes, Drees Homes, Fedrick Harris Estate Homes, Highland Homes, J. Patrick Homes, Partners in Building, Perry Homes, Village Builders and Westin Homes.

The focus on Texas elements reflects AIRIA Development® Company’s vision for COLTON as a community offering “quintessential Texas living,” where every detail from the style of the homes to the design of the streets and amenity buildings is being carefully planned to embrace the essence of Texas.

Street signs made from drill stem pipes and names, such as Permian Parkway, the community’s first major internal thoroughfare, also reflect Texas style.

Located just 45 minutes from both downtown Houston and College Station, COLTON offers direct access to The Woodlands, Conroe, and surrounding areas thanks to its four-mile frontage along SH 249. It’s a location designed for growth, with plans for 500 acres of future retail, medical, multifamily, and commercial space to support a true live-work-play lifestyle.

Families moving into the first phase of COLTON will be zoned to Magnolia Independent School District, with future phases including proposed on-site schools to help accommodate the district as the community expands.
