Arroyos Park, COLTON’s first major recreational amenity, covers 8 acres and showcases Texas-themed architecture and activities. It features W. Arroyos Park is set to open in summer 2026 as part of COLTON’s first phase, which features 186 acres dedicated to recreational amenities and green spaces.

Yes, COLTON has an onsite Homeowners Association (HOA) team to be housed on-site in a building inspired by Central Machine Works. The HOA helps maintain property standards and recreational amenities.
