AIRIA Development^® Company was formed by the same team that crafted Aliana^® into one of the nation’s most successful master-planned communities, since 2010. The AIRIA name was announced in 2018 to bring Aliana, ARTAVIA^®, COLTON, and our future communities together under one cohesive brand in the Houston market. COLTON features over 186 acres of green space and trails, giving residents plenty of room for outdoor fun. Enjoy miles of hiking and biking trails, connected walking paths, and beautiful spots for relaxation and leisure.

Arroyos Park, COLTON’s first major recreational amenity, covers 8 acres and showcases Texas-themed architecture and activities. It features W. Blakley Hall an event space, The Welcome Inn, and The Iron Yard Gym.. Outside, you’ll find The Lookout play tower, an event lawn, an amphitheater, a splash pad, a Fitcore Ninja fitness course, a mini disc golf course, hiking and biking trails, and picnic areas. COLTON will also feature an 18-hole Championship Disc Golf Course by Houck Designs.

Arroyos Park is set to open in summer 2026 as part of COLTON’s first phase, which features 186 acres dedicated to recreational amenities and green spaces.

The first phase of COLTON will offer approximately 685 lots, with sizes ranging from 45 ft. to 80 ft. wide and minimum depths starting at 125 ft. by 11 of Texas’ finest homebuilders.

Approximately 11,000 single-family homes will be built in COLTON.
